Grilling Instructions
Preheat grill until very hot (about 550 degrees).
Season steaks with salt and freshly ground
black pepper.
Place steaks on preheated grill.
After a minute or so, rotate steaks a quarter turn to create diamond grill marks.
Once juices begin to pool on top, use tongs to flip steaks over.
Continue grilling steaks to desired doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer for accuracy.
Remove steaks from grill and allow them to rest for 3-4 minutes to redistribute the juices.
Serve.
